Auto Liability Claims Analyst

Position Overview:
The Auto Liability Claims Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing both intricate and straightforward Auto and General Liability claims. This position is designed to operate within authorized limits to achieve optimal results for CorVel Corporation and its clientele.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess claims to verify policy coverage
- Establish liability for each claim in accordance with legal standards
- Conduct thorough investigations of complex third-party Auto and General Liability claims, including those that may involve legal proceedings
- Set financial reserves and authorize payments within designated thresholds
- Maintain communication regarding claim progress with clients and claimants
- Adhere to client and insurance carrier protocols
- Provide assistance with additional claims as required
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of three years of experience managing complex Auto and General Liability claims
- Possession of a multi-state adjuster license
- Experience handling total loss claims is advantageous
- Experience with Third Party Administrators (TPA) is preferred
- Background in Bodily Injury and Commercial Property claims is a plus
- Litigation experience is beneficial
Compensation:
Salary range is between $49,359 and $79,603.
