Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing anesthetic plans, administering anesthesia, and monitoring patients' physiological conditions during procedures.
">Responsibilities

Assemble necessary supplies, equipment, and medications for each case, ensuring proper functioning of equipment.
">Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop and discuss anesthetic plans tailored to each patient's needs.
">Review patients' medical records to determine the type of procedures and evaluate their medical status prior to each case.
">Establish or confirm appropriate intravenous access and perform other necessary interventions as trained and credentialed.
">Provide emergency airway support throughout the facility, maintaining cardiovascular and respiratory functions.
">Accurately document all activities on the anesthetic record or patients' medical record.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in nursing and graduate of an accredited school of Nurse Anesthesiology with a master's degree or PhD.
">CRNA certification, RN, and CRNA specialty nursing license in the state of Michigan or receipt within 6 months of hire.
">BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Salary Estimate
">The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
