About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Homecare Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary

This is a dynamic opportunity for a registered nurse to work independently with a caseload of patients. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans, as well as educating patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver hands-on care, including wound care, trach management, and medication administration
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures, and medications
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and stakeholders
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license
  • 1-2 years of home healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
