Buffet Baker

**Job Summary**

At Silverslipper MS, we are seeking a skilled Buffet Baker to join our culinary team. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking items assigned from our daily menu plan.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist the Sous Chef in the production of daily baked goods
• Cook and prepare food assigned based on daily production schedules, utilizing standard recipes and established portion controls
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area in accordance with health codes and regulations
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

**Requirements**

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Serve Safe certification preferred
