Job Title: Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Net2Source Inc. is a leading provider of total workforce solutions, recognized for its accelerated growth and global presence. We're seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our SRE team and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and skills to meet operational goals.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of SRE services, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Manage and coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, enhance system performance, and improve operational efficiency using best-in-class tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, development, and operations teams to ensure smooth, coordinated efforts across projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Establish key metrics and monitoring strategies to proactively detect issues and ensure system uptime and availability.
  • Oversee changes to infrastructure and services, ensuring compliance with change management processes and minimal risk to system operations.
  • Conduct capacity planning to ensure systems can scale with growing demand, providing recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
  • Work closely with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract adherence.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 4 years in an SRE, DevOps, or similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a technology environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Deep understanding of Linux/Unix environments and networking.
  • Solid grasp of software development and systems architecture.
