Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate managerial and clinical activities within the hospital, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated management skills and a Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida or eligible compact state license.

• Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Develop, discuss, and communicate a realistic plan of care for each patient.
• Demonstrate skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures.
• Evaluate identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to meet patient and family needs.

Maintain current clinical knowledge relative to age and technology of patients. Assist in other duties as assigned to support operational needs of the department and organization.
