Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care to residents and patients
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Participate in recreational activities and events to enhance resident engagement
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • An active current CNA license in the state of Rhode Island is necessary
  • Prior experience in a nursing home setting is preferred
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential
  • The primary series of the COVID vaccine is required (or new bivalent COVID vaccine or medical exemption)
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $19-$21 per hour based on experience
  • Pay in lieu of benefits: extra $3.00 per hour
  • Waiving medical only: extra $1.50 per hour
  • Short pay: $2.50 per hour
