We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare Services. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of improving the lives we touch.

About the Role

This is a full-time position available with opportunities for part-time and PRN work. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28-$31 per hour, depending on experience. As a LPN, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred, and you must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
