Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with global go-to-market leaders to drive strategic decision-making, investment prioritization, and long-range planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders across Sales & Customer Outcomes teams to drive strategic decision-making and investment prioritization
  • Support monthly top-line forecast and prepare related reports on key GTM KPIs
  • Serve as a key point of contact for questions around the F&S team's Sales financial forecast
  • Analyze potential new GTM channels to complement our existing direct sales and partner sales motion
  • Perform data-driven analysis to identify, evaluate, and execute on value creation initiatives, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Build scalable processes and systems to enhance financial visibility, control, and planning effectiveness
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, and/or management consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or computer science
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry experience in SaaS-based technology companies
  • Prior experience using NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, and Tableau
Compensation and Benefits

Samsara offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary range of $77,053-$103,600 USD. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
