We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Indiana. This is a fantastic opportunity to practice medicine in a 100% outpatient setting, with the option to mix inpatient and outpatient services if desired. Our practice offers a flexible schedule, with Monday through Friday hours and no weekends. We also offer a negotiable call ratio, making this an ideal opportunity for those who value work-life balance.
The compensation package includes a salary range of $220-230K annually, plus incentives based on MGMA guidelines. We also offer loan forgiveness up to $100,000, a signing bonus up to $50,000, and a residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000/month. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance, CME up to 1 week and $5,000, and up to 4 weeks of PTO. Our benefits also include 401K and a 100% outpatient services mix.
Mid-Level Supervision:
We offer $1,500 per month per midlevel, providing a competitive compensation package for our mid-level providers.
Quality Bonus:
We offer up to $30,000 per year in quality bonuses, recognizing and rewarding our physicians for their hard work and dedication.
WRVU Incentive:
We offer a WRVU incentive rate of $45 to $46 per WRVU, providing a competitive compensation package for our physicians.
Residency Stipend:
We offer up to $2,000 per month in residency stipends, supporting our physicians as they complete their residency program.
