- DDS/DMD Degree: Hold a degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active MO State Dental License: Possess an active MO state dental license in good standing or eligibility for licensure.
- Clinical Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to Community Service: Have a commitment to serving the community and improving public health.
- Experience in Community Health: Preferably have experience in a community health or public health setting.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $200,000 - $225,000, based on experience.
