Heavy Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Assembler to join our team at Career Concepts in Fairview, PA. As a Heavy Assembler, you will be responsible for inspecting, assembling, packaging, and deburring parts or materials. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual inspections of molded parts to ensure product quality
  • Tend to injection molding machines to support production requirements
  • Monitor production from assigned presses and assist with weighing and packaging of molded parts
  • Perform molding support operations as needed, including rework and sorting returned parts
  • Relieve other operators and perform general housekeeping duties
  • Follow all policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work accurately
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good attendance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
