Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Vectorsoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing heavy fabrications for our Small Wheel Loader Structures Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop heavy structures for the SWL product, including NPIs and CPI/field issues
  • Run analysis in Creo Simulate and release new parts through Teamcenter
  • Support field, supplier, and assembly line issues with a focus on teamwork and problem solving

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering required; Master's Degree considered
  • 3+ years of experience in heavy fabrications design minimum; no experience cap
  • Proficiency in Creo (or equivalent CAD software) and Creo Simulate experience (or analysis equivalent software)
  • Client and/or Teamcenter experience desired

Work Environment

Typically office environment, with potential to visit manufacturing environments/plants in the field (90% in-office or more)

Interaction with Team

Frequent interaction internally and externally
