Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to proficiently execute the preventive maintenance program at our facility, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times. Additionally, this position involves providing essential support for the cable infrastructure throughout the community.

Work Schedule:

  • Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (start time may be flexible based on the candidate's preference and supervisor's approval)
  • Participation in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends (typically one week every 7-8 weeks)
  • 80 hours per pay period (biweekly)
  • Benefits eligibility begins upon hire

Based on qualifications and prior experience, the starting pay rate for this position is $18.74 per hour.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in maintenance is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record is required.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute both verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Effective time management skills and adaptability to changes.
  • Friendly demeanor with a passion for working collaboratively with others.
  • Strong work ethic, quick learner, and ability to operate safely while encouraging others to do the same.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and handle light materials (1-25 lbs.) regularly.
  • Competence in safely operating all power tools and equipment on the premises.
  • Adherence to uniform policy is mandatory.
