Job Title: Maintenance/Housekeeping II

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Maintenance/Housekeeping II to join our team at Cheney Gardens in Cheney, WA. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for our tenants and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily janitorial tasks, including cleaning facilities, equipment, and furniture, to maintain a sanitary and attractive environment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of supplies and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Respond to tenant maintenance requests and perform repairs on vacant units.
  • Perform grounds maintenance, including mowing grass, weeding, raking leaves, pruning trees, and shoveling snow.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No formal experience required, but experience may be substituted for education.
  • Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and a reliable automobile required.
