Job Title: Culinary Specialist - Nutritional Care

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and menu cycles developed by registered dietitians.
  • Cook or prepare appetizing, well-presented, and nutritionally-adequate meals in quantities that are served at the proper temperatures and within the appropriate time frames.
  • Use food supplies and equipment in an efficient and economic manner to prevent waste.
  • Supervise culinary staff regarding food storage, food preparation, tray assembly, and cleaning.
