Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Associate to join our team at First National Lincoln. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling bank products and services, and meeting branch goals.

• Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales and Referrals: Sell bank products and services, and make referrals to other bank personnel to meet branch goals.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process customer banking transactions, following bank policies and procedures.
• Account Maintenance: Maintain a basic understanding of account title structures, loan, investment, and merchant products, and refer customers to appropriate Bank personnel.
• Error Resolution: Investigate and correct errors reported by customers, and work with management to report unusual account activity.
• Branch Operations: Open deposit accounts, maintain the safe deposit box system, and accept requests to wire funds.

• Education: High School degree or GED.
• Experience: Direct customer contact experience and sales and computer experience are desirable.
