Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. As a Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential Group Living Environment designed to foster independence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
* Assist individuals with activities of daily living, such as household chores and cooking
* Work alongside the Clinical Program Director to implement treatment plans
* Provide support and guidance to individuals in achieving their goals and increasing their quality of life

Requirements:

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required
* Prior experience working in a human services setting is strongly preferred
* Must be at least 21 years of age and have held a valid US driver's license for at least one year
* Must be able to pass a CORI, driving record, employment reference check, and multi-state background check
