Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. This rewarding role involves providing support to adults and children with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. Our benefitted package includes paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

As a Caregiver Specialist, you will work closely with individuals and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals to realize their goals and attain personal outcomes
• Supporting the development and maintenance of social support networks
• Maintaining or re-establishing family connections
• Ensuring individuals have access to community resources and services

You will also be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, free from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and meet background investigation requirements
