Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server Representative to join our team at Bell's Brewery. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to and advance the Safety Always culture of Bell's Brewery.
  • Embrace diversity and eccentricities, and operate in a spirit of open and honest cooperation.
  • Follow Inspired Hospitality steps of service.
  • Perform opening setup and closing duties, and participate in light cleaning projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and service station.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings and ensure the responsible service of alcohol to customers.
  • Cut off individuals and communicate to proper channels.
  • Take food orders, expediting food, and provide accurate information about menu offerings and preparation techniques.
  • Stock service areas with supplies and accurately tender money and give change for purchases.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of beer, including descriptions, comparisons, and price points.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Previous experience in a bar atmosphere, checking and verifying IDs, and handling money.
  • Full service dining room experience and POS system experience (Aloha, etc.).
  • TiPS/Tam certification is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb.
