Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations of residents to identify their rehabilitation requirements.
  • Create tailored treatment strategies based on evaluation results and objectives.
  • Deliver hands-on rehabilitation services, including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and various modalities.
  • Inform residents and their families about the rehabilitation process and home exercise regimens.
  • Work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
  • Keep precise and timely records of resident progress and treatment strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest practices and innovations in rehabilitation therapy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current Rehabilitative Specialist license in the state of California.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible, as-needed basis.
