Position: Machine Learning Engineer

• Lead the research and engineering initiatives in Machine Learning.
• Evaluate problem domains and establish the architecture for natural language processing solutions.
• Identify data requirements in terms of type, format, and volume.
• Select suitable regression and machine learning models for implementation.
• Develop and deliver scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions.
• Define best practices for Machine Learning architecture and stay updated with evolving open-source frameworks.
• Significantly contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
• Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance on critical business metrics.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in developing natural language machine learning models.
• Proficient in Python, NLTK, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks tailored for natural language processing.
