Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at Super Steel. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review blueprints and assemble components as directed.
  • Take questions to technical leader or supervisor for clarification.
  • Ensure each job is tracked appropriately using the clock system.
  • Use measuring, hand, and power tools as necessary for assembly.
  • Compare Bill of Materials (BOM) to blueprints and bring discrepancies to the attention of supervisor.
  • Maintain communications with the quality department to ensure work passes inspection.
  • Use plant computer system to look up parts and determine status.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Up to two years of previous experience as a base assembler or in an assembly environment.
  • Experience in an automotive/body shop is desired.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good verbal and written comprehension.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
Work Environment

The position is primarily a production position located on the plant floor.
