Job Description
This LPN role involves working in a long-term care environment, where you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing medical procedures, and providing wound care, as well as participating in rounds and reporting concerns to your supervisor.
