Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with Service Customer Care, Dispatch, and Field Service Management to establish work schedules.
- Guide, inspire, and evaluate the performance of Battery and Charger Technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Engage with customers to address concerns and relay feedback to management, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Diagnose and repair industrial batteries and chargers effectively.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance on customer equipment.
- Manage service vehicle and inventory efficiently.
- Complete necessary documentation post-service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Battery and Charger Technician is essential.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to interpret electrical schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Technical degree and experience in battery and charger repair are preferred.
