Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assess, plan, and implement care to assigned patients, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan care for patients with complex medical conditions
  • Implement evidence-based nursing practices to improve patient outcomes
  • Supervise and educate nursing staff to ensure competency and quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) preferred
  • CPR certification
