Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our Special Education Services team at Renton School District 403. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to develop and implement individualized plans that address the unique needs of each child.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for assessing and addressing the speech and language needs of students, as well as providing support and guidance to teachers and parents.

This is a contract position, working on a Continuing basis with an FTE of 1.0. The salary schedule is based on *Current Salary Schedule* with additional compensation for Speech Language Pathologists including IEP Stipend ($2,000), Recruitment and Retention Stipend (4% of Base Pay), and Certification Stipend (2-5% of base pay).

In addition to your experience and qualifications, you must demonstrate a passion for working with students with diverse needs and abilities. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Provide support and guidance to teachers and parents

Requirements:
- Relevant certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
