Position Overview

The Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role within our event marketing team, representing the Gunton and Pella brands at various local events and festivals. This position collaborates closely with the Events Manager and fellow coordinators to capture leads and identify sales opportunities that align with our divisional sales and market share growth objectives.

  • Engage with homeowners and potential customers at events to enhance awareness of the Pella brand and strive to convert leads into quoting opportunities.
  • Surpass weekly, monthly, and annual appointment goal targets.
  • Participate in regular in-person or virtual meetings with management.
  • Support company initiatives and promote activities that enhance employee engagement.
  • Address all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold the highest standards of personal ethics and comply with all Gunton Corporation policies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • A friendly and outgoing personality is essential.
  • Availability to work part-time hours at local events, which may include evenings and weekends.
  • A valid driver's license with four points or fewer within the last three years.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A college or university degree.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing.
  • Prior involvement in event execution.
