Responsibilities- Guest Service: Demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Bar Operations: Follow established procedures for serving beverages, including state and federal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our beverage menu, including beer, wine, and spirits, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, communicating effectively and being responsive to guest needs.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Experience: Six months or more of bartending experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Cash Handling: Accurate cash handling skills, with the ability to manage cash and credit transactions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
