Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Churchill Meadows, a beautiful manufactured home community in Eugene, OR. As our chosen candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining the property's appearance and functionality, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and general upkeep of the property, including painting, drywall repair, and replacing light switches and water meters.
• Repair street lamps and concrete as needed.
• Walk the property regularly to eliminate trash and debris.
• Perform landscaping tasks, such as mowing, weed-eating, and removing green waste debris.
• Empty trash, dust, and perform general cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• At least one year of property maintenance experience.
• Ability to use hand tools as necessary.
• Pool experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs unassisted.
• Work efficiently under minimum supervision.
• Promote positive, proactive resident relations.
• Capable of working weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Benefits

• $22.50 per hour.
• Monday-Friday schedule, with on-call duties as needed.
• During pool season, schedule will change to Wednesday through Sunday.
