Fabrication Metalworkers

Lloyd Richards Personnel is seeking highly skilled Fabrication Metalworkers to join our team.

We are looking for experienced individuals to weld together fabricated parts of structural metal products in a shop environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role offers a competitive salary of $19-22/hour (depending on experience) for day shift positions and $19/hour for night shift positions. The position requires two years of experience in welding, preferably with American Welding Society 2g Plate Test certification.

• Weld together fabricated parts of structural metal products in a shop environment
• Ability to set welding machine wire feed and pass American Welding Society 2g Plate Test
• Work independently and as part of a team
