About On-Demand WorkAs an On-Demand Team Member, you'll have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like, with a schedule that's tailored to your needs. Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting them and engaging in conversation.
- Observe and respond to guest needs, using your knowledge of store products and services to provide solutions.
- Work efficiently and effectively to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, processing inventory, and completing tasks as needed.
