Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Albertsons. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and displaying meat products for sale to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meat Preparation: Prepare meat in salable sizes and condition for wrapping and eventual display and sale to customer.
  • Meat Cutting and Trimming: Cut, trim, chop, grind and otherwise prepare meats and place on trays.
  • Meat Processing: Operate saws, grinders and other meat processing machinery.
  • Meat Inspection: Inspect, sort and grade meat products.
  • Product Display: Inspect displayed products for expired dates and remove when necessary.
Requirements

To be successful as a Meat Cutter at Albertsons, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
