Key Responsibilities- Inspect and clean common areas, including the fitness facility, bathrooms, laundry facilities, business center, offices, clubhouse, and vacated apartments as needed.
- Ensure that amenities are continually maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
- Properly adhere to all Bell Properties policies and procedures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical requirements of the job include walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
