Job Summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a skilled Seasonal Ops Specialist/Truck Driver to join our team in Crookston, MN for the Fall Harvest season. This role requires a commitment to our busy harvest period, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely pick up/deliveries to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Assist with loading or unloading, as needed, and maintain cleanliness of vehicle(s) inside and out.
  • Provide excellent customer service, treating customers professionally and promptly handling all concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including pre-trip and post-trip reporting, proper load securement, and hours of service.
  • Complete and document daily maintenance inspections, ensuring proper equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, following all safety policies, training, and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to work additional hours, be available for overnight stays, and occasional weekends to meet business demands.
