Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Anders Group. As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans to help patients breathe easier. This is a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests, such as spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis, to assess patient respiratory function.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients breathe easier, including oxygen therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with Anders Group policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of Oklahoma.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
