As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by providing personalized eye care solutions to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings that meet our customers' needs.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure a perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
  • Basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
