Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Medi Home Health Agency, providing high-quality care to patients in Suffolk and Williamsburg, VA.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines.
  • Implementing and conducting treatment as outlined in the patient's treatment plan.
  • Treating clients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments and procedures within the plan of care.
  • Monitoring patient response to treatment and modifying treatment as indicated in accordance with physician orders.
  • Interpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family, and other staff members.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of VA.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A minimum of one year verifiable physical therapy experience.
  • Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
