Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Assist with merchandising and inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and push and pull up to 35 pounds
