Rental Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Associate to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, fitting guests with equipment, and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class guest service and sales support in our retail shops
• Fitting guests with equipment and explaining its operation, safety practices, and guest responsibility
• Working collaboratively with teammates to maintain safety standards and achieve sales goals
• Performing other duties as assigned, including cashiering and retail sales

Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and a passion for the outdoors
• Maintaining a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Fluent communication skills in English
