Job Opportunity

We are seeking part-time Swim Teachers / Swim Instructors who are passionate about teaching water safety and swimming skills to individuals of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming lessons to students of varying skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to ensure student progress and safety
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic life support certification (CPR/AED) and first aid training
  • Availability for ongoing training and professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lifeguard certification
  • Swim coaching or teaching experience
  • Water safety or aquatic education training
