Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc is seeking a skilled Production Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team on our weekend shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately and timely inspect parts using precision measuring tools, including Romer Arm, CMM, Planar, and hand tools.
- Understand and utilize manufacturing ERP systems.
- Follow instructions, procedures, specifications, and requirements for all jobs.
- Complete documentation properly and accurately according to HAW Quality standards.
- Interpret customer drawings and perform inspection for conformance.
- Apply critical thinking to uphold quality requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferred understanding of AS9100, ISO, and Nadcap requirements.
- Able to perform visual weld inspection.
- Ability to perform part marking, pressure testing, and daily calibration activities, and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
