Job Description:
As a Medical Records Analyst at Ecompex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client by providing accurate and timely medical records services. This position will be performed remotely, allowing you to work in a flexible and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in validating Authorization to Release Information, ensuring compliance with regulations and processing requests efficiently.
• Process requests for information from SSA, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure all documents are properly identified with patient demographic data and compliant with regulations, guaranteeing the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform electronic file maintenance, including clearing old files and transferring authorized documents to permanent locations, utilizing MHS GENESIS, legacy systems, and Health information Archive (HIA).
• Assist with preparing bi-weekly and monthly Statistical Data Reports, providing valuable insights to our client.

Requirements:
• Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust background investigation.
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing and processing medical records within the DoD/DHA, with a strong understanding of military culture and regulations.
• Possess an accredited associate's degree or higher in a related field, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge/experience using the Military Health System (MHS) and understanding of military culture, with experience/knowledge of the Release of Information (ROI) within the DoD.

• Travel is not required for this position
