Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement volunteer recruitment and retention strategies to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of volunteer programs with other departments.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Volunteer Coordinators, including training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, schools, and universities to cultivate new volunteer opportunities.
  • Design and implement volunteer appreciation and recognition programs to enhance the volunteer experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of volunteer programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Three years of experience in leading successful volunteer programs, with a focus on recruitment, retention, and community engagement.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Working Conditions
