Home Health Aide

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Support participants with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and medication management
• Assist with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
• Help participants achieve their developmental goals, including budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (for some positions)
