Machining Technician

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our team at Blue Horizon Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC turning machines, including Index ABC and Nakamura WT
• Monitor and ensure smooth production processes
• Conduct quality control of ongoing series
• Perform tool changes and minor maintenance work to ensure smooth production

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training or extensive professional experience as a machining mechanic or CNC lathe operator
• Knowledge of CNC programming using Fanuc and Siemens Sinumerik controls
• Independent and proactive work style
• Strong attention to quality and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
