Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, including mechanics, technicians, and inventory coordinators.
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and equipment operation protocols.
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical safety, and preventative maintenance programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or 4 years of related maintenance experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance leadership, with 2 years of manager-level experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
