Position Summary

Role Overview: Responsible for operating the Point of Sale system, assisting culinary staff, preparing beverages, and maintaining cleanliness at service stations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation, including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, as well as catering orders.
  • Perform cashier duties utilizing the POS system accurately.
  • Conduct general cleaning tasks, including waste disposal.
  • Provide service across all retail areas, including cashiering and serving.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, maintaining accuracy in transactions and deposits.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies and food items as needed.
  • Set up serving lines, monitoring food temperatures and notifying kitchen staff of any discrepancies.
  • Serve both hot and cold food items to customers.
  • Organize items for sale daily.
  • Maintain stock levels in refrigerators and pantries, adhering to first-in, first-out inventory practices.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
