We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Bartender to join our team at Playa Largo Resort & Spa. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Responsibilities- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light meals, adhering to hotel specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
- ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
- Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
- Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
- Ability to accurately compute basic mathematical calculations.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
