Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centered support, assisting residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular assessments to identify resident needs, updating care plans accordingly to reflect changing requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including data collection, daily logs, and incident reports.
Participate in training programs and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay informed about industry developments.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Valid New York State Driver's License required.
Certifications in AMAP, CPR, SCIP-R, and First Aid preferred.
Salary: $16.50 per hour.
